Zack Snyder has signed on to direct The Last Photograph, an Afghanistan-set drama the director has been developing for the past four years.
Zack Snyder first developed the idea for The Last Photograph in 2007 with a story revolving around a photograph that becomes the catalyst for a journey two men undertake through war-torn Afghanistan.
No production date has been set.
The Last Photograph comes to theaters in 2013 and stars Christian Bale, Sean Penn. The film is directed by Niels Arden Oplev.
