Two New Autobots Revealed in Transformers 4 Set Photos


Production has begun on the highly-anticipated sequel Transformers 4 in Monument Valley, near the border of Arizona and Utah, with the first two photos revealing the latest Autobots on location. While we don't know the names of these robots in disguise yet, take a look at these photos, then read on for news about comedian T.J. Miller joining the cast.

T.J. Miller is in talks to join Transformers 4

T.J. Miller is in talks to play the best friend of Mark Wahlberg's character in Transformers 4, both of whom are mechanics. If a deal is finalized, he joins a cast that also includes Nicola Peltz, Jack Reynor, Stanley Tucci, Kelsey Grammer, Sophia Myles, and Bingbing Li.

It isn't known how long production will take place in Monument Valley, but shooting is also scheduled to take place in Chicago, Michigan, and China this summer. Michael Bay is directing from a screenplay by Ehren Kruger. The story reportedly revolves around an ancient Transformer menace which unleashes chaos on Earth.

Transformers 4 comes to theaters June 27th, 2014 and stars Mark Wahlberg, Nicola Peltz, Jack Reynor, Stanley Tucci, Kelsey Grammer, Sophia Myles, Bingbing Li, T.J. Miller. The film is directed by Michael Bay.
