First Rumored Star Wars: Episode VII Title Emerges

Star Wars: Episode VII considering A New Dawn subtitle

Giving the casting rumors a rest today, a new rumor is floating around which insiders close to pre-production for Star Wars: Episode VII have heard rumblings of a subtitle that Disney is apparently kicking around the offices:

Star Wars: Episode VII - A New Dawn

This is just one of several titles being considered at this point, though.

In addition, an unidentified source also revealed that the Millennium Falcon and the Mos Eisley Cantina will be featured in this highly-anticipated sequel.

"Yes the Falcon will make a big appearance, 1.1 scale size cross section is being constructed over at Pinewood, along with a power plant set and the famous cantina."

We reported last month that production is slated to begin this coming January at Pinewood Studios in London. If the Mos Eisley Cantina will be included, it is possible that the production may also move to Tunisia, where all the scenes set on Mos Eisley and Tatooine were shot in the original trilogy. There is reportedly a lot of heated debate occurring in the development process between director J.J. Abrams, LucasFilm and Walt Disney Pictures, which is likely the reason why no casting announcements have been made.

Star Wars: Episode VII comes to theaters in 2015 and stars Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Billy Dee Williams, Anthony Daniels. The film is directed by J.J. Abrams.
